An abseiling course is an incredible way to beat stress and build confidence. Our abseiling taster courses offer a challenging and exhilarating experience that will leave you craving more. Lead by a highly experienced team this short abseiling course teaches you the basics and more, with all equipment provided - you`ll even try it blindfolded.

During the session we will cover the following :

• Safety awareness
• Abseiling techniques
• Confidence tests
• Blindfold abseiling

Things you need to know

All abseiling and safety equipment is supplied. Suitable comfortable fitting clothing (no jeans) and trainers. Due to the nature of the locations, waterproof and warm clothing is advised on all courses. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water as there are normally no shops near the venue.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent an attractive `open dated` gift voucher pack. There are no extra charges for VAT or postage. Accident and Cancellation Insurance is also included.

Other Information

This experience runs from March to October (inclusive). Duration of course is approximately 2 hours.

Min age for this experience is 18 and maximum weight is 16 st.

Our abseil tower is, it is 30ft to the platform.
