Your Spa Experience day begins with welcome refreshments and complimentary hire of a robe, slippers and towel.

During your stay you will receive a relaxing Full Body Massage and a Facial to leave your skin feeling clean, refreshed and toned. A session in the UK’s first Thalassortherapy pool, a mineral rich warm pool with hydrotherapy jets to stimulate and tone tired aching muscles. Excellent for treating cellulite, arthritis and general muscular and joint aches and pains. You have unlimited use of the Spa facilities which includes a magnificent 25 metre indoor swimming pool, luxurious sauna and steam rooms. An excellent buffet lunch is included in your all new spa day.

Arrival is at 9.30 am and departure at 5.30pm.
