This health spa is the UK`s first purpose built health resort and after a £10 million refurbishment it is now on of the most advanced health spas in the country. Everything has been designed with relaxation in mind, from the beautiful water walkways to the spacious lounge areas. Lights flood the spa suites providing breathtaking views of the Leicestershire countryside. For those who wish to get active there is something to suit everyone - from swimming in the luxurious 25-metre pool or relaxing in the whirlpool.

Your day will include:

• A Thalassotherapy Session - A mineral rich warm pool with hydrotherapy jets to stimulate and tone tired aching muscles. Excellent for treating cellulite, arthritis and general muscular and joint aches and pains.
• Buffet Lunch
• Unlimited use of the Spa facilities which includes a magnificent 25 metre indoor swimming pool, luxurious sauna and steam rooms.

Arrival is at 9.30 am and departure at 5.30pm.

This experience is available for both weekdays and weekends but please bear in mind that weekends are more popular and therefore the lead time will be longer.

Things to take with you include swim wear, towel, leisurewear and trainers.
