How do I actually BOOK an experience?

If you are buying an experience you will receive an OPEN-DATED VOUCHER. The recipient can then use this to book the experience at a time and place that suits them. So you do not actually book the experience here, you just buy a voucher to be used later by whoever you give the gift to.

However, if you really need to book an experience for a SPECIFIC DATE NOW, then please call us on 0208 986 4555, or send an email to orders@thanksdarling.com, and we will do our utmost to help.

How is postage calculated?

Postage is charged at a flat rate, no matter how many things you buy. All products are delivered 1st class at no extra charge UNLESS you select Next Day Delivery - this only applies to experiences (which are delivered as OPEN-DATED VOUCHERS), choose this and any vouchers you order will be sent using Next Day delivery, while any other gifts you order will be sent by First Class as usual.

Removing items

If you want to remove something from the cart entirely, click the link 'Remove' to the right of the item.

Changing how many you buy of something

If you want to change how many of something you buy, then change the number in the Quantity column next to that item. When you click 'Ready to proceed' at the bottom, the number of items will be updated.
