Description

On arrival you will meet your host and teacher over a tea or coffee and an introductory talk. Afterwards you will have a choice of what you would like to make and the moulds you would like to use from chocolate bars to truffles or seasonal favourites such as Valentine hearts. Then you can choose from milk, dark or white chocolate and numerous ingredients such as fruit and nuts, spices and oils.

Using the carefully prepared luxury Belgian chocolate you begin to fill the moulds. At the end you hand wrap all that you have made in carefully chosen gift wrap and boxes and takeaway all the goodies which you have made! A two course lunch with drink is included at the restaurant at Stansted Park House, and lunch will be taken during this experience.

Things you need to know

This experience is not suitable for any persons with a nut or dairy allergy, nor is it suitable for the less mobile as most of the experience takes place whilst standing although there are stools available. Please note this experience lasts for 5 hours including lunch.

Other Information

The Chocolate workshop is located inside the grounds of the stunning stately home, Stansted Park House. This experience is available all year round and the grounds of the house, restaurant and tearooms are open all year. Stansted Park House is open only approximately from Easter until mid September and entrance fees are approximately £5.50 Adults and £3.50 Children.

Spectator Information:

It maybe possible to spectate but space is limited and spectators cannot be guaranteed a space.
