Escape to rural Suffolk and join us on our informative cooking course and relaxing with like-minded people. It doesn`t matter what level you are, just come along and enjoy the experience! You`ll learn how to make delicious bread, stress free main courses, impressive starters and tempting desserts. All cooking courses are hands-on and designed to be inspirational, great fun, satisfying, relaxing and informative. You`ll leave with a bunch of recipes and a collection of happy memories!

Delicious dinner on Friday night, wine with all meals, ingredients for all the wonderful dishes cooked, your own cooking course file to take away with you, recipe sheets, chefs tips, lunch and dinner on Saturday again with wine, tea and coffee throughout the weekend, accommodation, cooking experience apron for use throughout your stay with option to buy at discounted rate at the end, full tuition, the chance to cook with Aga`s as well as conventional ovens.

Itinerary :

• Friday night is wind down time. We cook dinner for you and discuss the next two days, in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.

• Saturday is devoted to preparing a delicious dinner which we all sit down to later, with plenty of breaks to discuss & swap ideas.

• Sunday is a day for the "cookery doctor" to help solve your cooking problems if you have any! We can cook soufflés, Yorkshire puddings, perfect seafood, and inspirational pasta dishes and so on.

You will leave more confident, having been shown new techniques and tips for making impressive entertaining easy.

Things you need to know

Residential Courses commence with dinner on the evening before the 1st Day of the course and finish 48 hours later, e.g. Arrive Friday evening and leave 5pm on Sunday afternoon. Please note: these course are held 3 or 4 times a year so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Minimum age for this experiences is 12.
