Try the “Heat and Ice” experience to stimulate your circulation, aid the elimination of toxins and exfoliate your skin. You will feel invigorated and your skin will feel soft , smooth and hydrated.

• Two treatments will be carried out back-to-back as a 50 minute treatment unless marked with a ** (Allow 25 minutes for each treatment)

Things you need to know

Your arrival for the spa will be at 9am. Towels, robes and toiletries are provided just bring your swimming costume and fitness wear.
