Description

Your experience starts at 17:30hrs (05:30pm) with a safety briefing, then your Yachtmaster skipper will introduce you to the basics of sailing. In an amazingly short time you will be sailing your way out through the buoys on Southampton Water. Enjoy a glass of chilled white wine as you sail back into port at approximately 20:00hrs. You can choose to take an active part in the sailing or just sit back in the secure cockpit and enjoy the evening.

Things you need to know

On arrival you will receive an initial safety briefing and boat familiarisation. This is a large boat and as such, you will share this experience with up to seven other people and a skipper. This experience runs on selected Wednesdays and Saturdays from May to October.

There are no extra charges for VAT or postage. Accident and Cancellation Insurance is also included.

Other Information

The minimum age for this experience is 13 years and maximum weight is 20 stone. If this experience has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date. Waterproofs, Harnesses and Life jackets are provided.

Spectator Information:

This is not a spectator oriented experience.
