Description
Most people are familiar with Far Eastern flavours and ingredients however, sometimes restaurant menus can feel and look all too familiar and similar.
This hands on experience unfolds the essential ingredients fundamental to Far Eastern cuisine and reapplies them to create foods off the normal menu. The focus here is home cuisine brought over from travelling throughout the region by the school`s host and brought alive and explained on this creative workshop.
Some of the foods included on this day feature , Singapore 11 spiced potatoes , sweet potato and date bake and an upgraded version to the classic sushi using more flavoursome ingredients.
