Description

Typically ingredients used on this workshop include baby asparagus, wild German mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella, and exquisite vinegars from the Rhinegau region costing in excess of the value of Don Perignon.
The session guides you through Europe but exploring cuisine off the beaten track, coached by a professional one learns much culinary background, use and practical culinary tips as well as valuable consumer information too.
This course is a must for anyone who enjoys dining or hosting parties; the school infrastructure allows you to invite guests to the private Handel Baroque restaurant for a magical dinner soiree experience.
