The Spa provides a robe, towels, slippers, hair and body wash, conditioner and hairdryers for your comfort with our compliments. We recommend you bring swimwear and suitable exercise clothing if you plan to use the gymnasium, or join in any of the exercise classes.

ELEMIS SKIN SPECIFIC FACIAL - 55 MINS
These prescription facials combine specialised deep cleansing and Eastern massage techniques to help bring radiance and youthful vitality back to a dull, lack lustre skin. Your skin will be assessed and the appropriate product used for your facial.

Fruit Active Glow revives and rejuvenates a tired, dull and lifeless skin. Exotic Moisture Glow saturating the skin with moisture, ideal for a dry devitalised skin. Herbal Lavender Repair helps to heal and repair oily, problem and congested skins.

Our Heat and Ice Experiences
Move through the treatments increasing your body’s temperature before stepping into the Ice Cave to stimulate your circulation and senses, whilst aiding the elimination of toxins and exfoliating your skin. Your body will feel invigorated and your skin will feel soft, smooth and hydrated.

Your arrival for the spa will be at 9am. Towels, robes and toiletries are provided just bring your swimming costume and fitness wear.

This is not a spectator orientated experience.
