Though a fabulous tool for everyone, Life Design is especially valuable to people facing or affected by major life events; redundancy, separation, parenthood, retirement, bereavement or major illness, events which force review and re-planning.

The Life Design self study package includes tools and exercises focusing on:-
a) reviewing and establishing all your achievements and capabilities
b) recognising what you really want from life
c) making effective plans to achieve your desired aims.

Whilst the workbook is for self-study, it’s impact is greatly enhanced with personal support for questions and issues, so to ensure you get the best value we are packaging the workbook with one hour of e-mail or telephone support from a professional coach.

The package also includes a £50 voucher towards additional coaching and special terms for a follow up programme.
