Things you need to know

You will be given a contact number to arrange your programme schedule with your fully accredited personal coach. You need to provide only concentration, openness and a real desire to moving forward. Minimum age is 18.

Other Information

The Introductory Session will explain the process and start to focus on your preferred topic areas. Subsequent sessions will each focus on a specific objective you set with your coach.

This is not a spectator oriented experience.
