Description

This 60 minute microlight flying lesson will introduce you to the joys of powered flight. Microlights have changed dramatically over the last few years with innovations in design and performance. Don`t be fooled by their size, these fully certified aircraft are built of a very rugged construction with performance to match. Microlight pilots regularly cruise over the water to France and people have even crossed the Atlantic and now round the World.

Your microlight flying lesson will be informative and exciting and with typical cruising speeds between 45 - 65 mph the distances you can cover will amaze you - no traffic. You will have a chance to take over the controls if you wish so, under expert instruction of course. Please note that the flight time includes time for take-off and landing.

This microlight flying lesson can be taken all year round subject to weather and availability.

The weight and height limits vary, in general, min age is 12, min/max height is 5’2’’/ 6’2" and max weight is 13.5 st. Anyone with medical conditions should consult their Doctor first.

This experience is weather dependent. If your flight is cancelled due to the weather or a technical issue with the aircraft, you will be offered an alternative date.
