Description

Our pamper spa days last around 8 hours, include at least one spa treatment and lunch.

Your day will include:
• At least one treatment
• Lunch
• You will also have full use of all the facilities which may include; use of gym, exercise, relaxation classes and swimming pools.

Bio thermal experiences may include steam and dry heat rooms, wet areas including jacuzzi, spa baths, showers and therapeutic foot spas. You will also find relaxation areas where you can sit and read a book or magazine.

Please Note: Facilities will vary from location to location, therefore it is worth checking directly with the individual location should you wish to know their facilities. You will also have full use of all the facilities which may include use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Please note facilities and treatments vary at each location.There is NO swimming pool at the London Spa. Please note the Nottingham location is available Mon - Thurs only.
