This will last approximately 30 minutes and then you will have the chance for you and a friend to enjoy a complimentary day pass each for the health and fitness club where you can enjoy full use of facilities. Facilities vary from one location to another but generally include: swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and gym. You can even enjoy an aerobics session if this is on offer at your chosen location. Crèche facilities are available at some locations.

Your treatment will be on a one-to-one basis with the therapist.
