Do you know a child who`s got what it takes to be a pop star? Do they dream of performing on Top of the Pops? Thanksdarling has teamed up with Pod Music, the UK`s leading recording experience company, to make dreams come true.

The Podstar Recording studio experience is for budding singers aged from six to 16 who dream of pop stardom. After a brief introduction to how the recording studio works from an experienced studio engineer, the vocalist will be ready to record their song over their chosen backing track - a number of takes will ensure we choose the best one. Finally the track will be digitally improved and mastered onto a CD as a souvenir of the session - and the vocalist will receive two additional copies to pass on to a parent, grandparent or a friend.

This experience lasts approximately one and a half hours and is intended for children aged from 6 to 16, who must be accompanied by an adult.

Other Information

The session is run by an experienced Pod studio engineer and includes up to one and a half hours studio time to record and perfect the track. The vocalist will choose a backing track from our extensive in-house library in advance of their session.

The best version of the track is digitally recorded, mixed and mastered and a professional one-track Pod Music CD master recording is supplied to take home. The vocalist will also receive two additional copies of the CD (three in total).

Spectator Information:
