Your day will include:
• Refreshment on arrival
• An Aromatherapy Facial • Choose from: A purifying and de-toxing algae wrap or a nourishing and softening mud wrap. Both include a stress melting scalp message
• Light lunch
• Afternoon refreshment

If a gentleman joining, his treatments:
• A relaxing Clarins facial to deep cleanse and soothe the skin
• Stress relieving back, neck and shoulder massage
• A full gym consultation with a fully qualified instructor

Facilities include: Swimming Pool; A classic Finnish sauna; Steam Room; Vigorous Spa Bath; Aerobic Studio ; Modern Fitness Studio and Squash Courts.

Things you need to know

Towels, robes, slippers and toiletries are provided. Please bring your swimming and fitness clothes (as appropriate). Minimum age for this experience is 16.

Arrival time at the spa is at 9.30am. This experience is based of two people sharing a double/twin room and includes traditional English Breakfast, accommodation in one of our luxurious bedrooms, a three course evening dinner in our fine dining restaurant. Check-in to your room is at 3pm and check-out at 11am.
