Surrender your time to us on this fabulously relaxing spa day; allow us to take you on a personal journey designed to transport you to a place where tension, fatigue and stress melt away.

Your day will include:

• Espa Aromatherapy Body massage using essential oils to help you relax
• Aromatherapy Espa facial treatment to leave your skin with a healthy, radiant glow

• Use of gym, pool, steam room, spa bath and sauna
• Bathrobe and towel for the day

During the day you will have unlimited usage of the above facilities including modern fitness studio and aerobic studio. Squash and table tennis are also available and can be booked on the day.

Things you need to know

Arrival is at 10am and departure at 5pm. Towels and robes are provided just bring your swimming costume and fitness wear.

There are no extra charges for VAT or postage. Accident and Cancellation Insurance is also included.

This is not a spectator orientated experience.
