Your day will include:

• Serenity Massage: Utopia’s unique serenity massage focus’s on relaxing your state of mind through deep breathing and meditation techniques (1hr)
• Foot Ritual: This relaxing foot ritual focus`s on pressure point massage to the foot & lower legs (25 mins).
• 2 course lunch
• Full use of spa facilities, therapy pool with underwater massage beds, Japanese shower, therapeutic waterfall, heat treatment - sauna, steam or Jacuzzi to soothe and relax.
