Description

Guests are encouraged to participate in all aspects of sailing the yacht, including setting sails, tacking and helming.

The exact itinerary will depend on weather and tides on the day but expect to begin your day at 10:00 with a coffee on-board then after a safety briefing we will head out to sea for a great day`s sailing. We may drop anchor off the coast for lunch or eat underway, returning to Ipswich by 17:00.

Experience level: No previous experience required.

Things you need to know

What`s Included: Tuition, fuel, harnesses and life jackets, packed lunch, coffee/tea, drinking water.

Available selected weekends from March through November. Please allow approximately 7 hours for this experience.

Other Information

The minimum age for this experience is 14 years and the maximum weight is 18 stone. Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. No Smoking below decks.

To ensure full participation by all, numbers will be limited to a maximum of 5 guests per trip plus 2 crew.

If this experience has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date. Sailing requires a degree of physical exertion so if you have any doubts concerning your fitness please make us aware. Please consult your pharmacist or doctor if you require seasickness medication. There are toilet facilities on board.

Spectator Information:

It is not possible to accommodate spectators.
