It is extremely effective in dealing with muscular, skeletal problems, loss of muscle tone, adhesions in the tissue, aches, and pains, back and neck problems, the removal of toxins from the body and its aids posture.

Swedish massage feels good, is relaxing and invigorating. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well being.

The client is covered in soft towels, which are turned back to reveal only the area to be massaged at that time. Areas massaged in a full body massage are normally, legs, arms front of shoulders, abdomen (optional) back of legs or thigh and back.
