Try one of our excellent Thai cooking classes for a day and get to grips with how to make authentic and delicious dishes with Angela Malik. Held in Gaynes Hall, this is an excellent introduction to simplifying Thai cooking.

Angela Malik is a locally renowned chef who will help you develop a style of your own, whilst showing you the essential ingredients of authentic Thai cooking. Everything you will need is supplied on the day of your Thai cooking class, all you need to bring is enthusiasm.

Things you need to know

Your class will run from 10 am to 2.30 pm and will begin with coffee and introductions followed by a briefing of your day before you progress to the School kitchen.

All class sizes are restricted to a maximum of 12 students ensuring plenty of individual attention.

Other Information

Our exclusive courses include all ingredients, tastings, refreshments, cooking equipment and protection for your clothing. Course recipes and notes will be supplied for you to take home.

Comfortable, lightweight clothing should be worn. An apron will be supplied for the duration of the class.

Please note: Angela specialises in other types of Asian Cookery, this voucher can also be used for these courses. Examples of other classes are Indian Dinner, Japanese Cooking, Asian Style BBQ & Indian Food.
