This experience starts at 10.30 am or 2.00 pm and lasts aproximately 2-3 hours. Can be longer if more time is needed. It is available mid-week and some weekends (subject to availability) at selected stores. Weekends are always busiest.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent an attractive `open dated` gift voucher pack. There are no extra charges for VAT or postage.

Other Information

There is no cash alternative to your vouchers and change cannot be given. Stores reserve the right to substitute your make-over with another treatment of equal standing (for example a back massage).

Spectator Information:

It is not possible to bring spectators along to the consultation, although friends can join you for shopping afterwards.
